Original Images (Contents Page)

This is one of the original images that I used for the background of my contents page, it is a MCU image that was originally one of the ones I took for the cover but I though it would work better on the contents page. 

This is one of the images that I used in the little arrangement to the right of the contents box, again this too is an original image that I took.

This is the last of the four images, it is also the same as the image on the front cover. As with all other images it is an original image I photographed.

College Magazine Front Cover

This is my college Magazine front cover, I designed it using photoshop CS5, Taking all the imagery on a college camera then combine it with some designs from my flat plans and adding putting it all together.

Design using the image of pink

So in this project I started out with the following image of pink that i found on google images.

Then by using the same technique as in the angelina jolie project i went to the image>adjusments and changed it to black and white. After that i placed in the text and changed the opacity so the text was see-through. After that I used the history brush to bring out her lips.

History Brush Project

In This Project we learn't how to use the hirstory brush tool, Which is quite good for creating a really unique affect.

This is the original picture that we all used before adding any affect to it.

This is the image after i had edited it. I applied the black and white style using the adjustment tool in the image tab. Then i used the history brush to bring the colour back to the strawberry, but also to her eyes because it adds another peicing coulour against the rich black.

C-D Design Project

This is the Front cover for my C-D Design. I Took the photo on a camera and then added the affect to it by using google picasa. I added the text using photoshop and dropped the fill opacity to make the text less bold. This reflected the genre of reggae, keeping the look of the cover suttle, much like the sound of reggae. Aswell as reflecting the genre the image on the cover is also very suited to the Name of the Band "Sun,Sea,Sound"

This is the Back Cover of my C-D Design. I used the same image as on the front  and the same idea for the text, to add to the consitency of the design. To give the C-D a realistic feel i added the offical parental advisory logo to both and placed a barcode on the back of the C-D.
